The Nanny written by Stanley

Anna the death-defying,
Anna the terror-striking.
Scared the children more than any other,
Whom the children would not have rather.

Simple things like closing windows and doors,
Made the children feel locked in cage doors.
White uniforms and spangling tights,
Imagine her and the tigers having fights.

How they wished her to be a normal nanny,
Their hopes and dreams a many.
She came from the circus,
They could not forget.

Hence they obeyed due to fright and gave respect.
How they wished she was friendly,
Making her sound and not look scary.
